Vegan Banana Oat Pancakes Recipe

  • 2 medium bananas (mashed)
  • 2 oz oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • olive oil
  • strawberries, bananas and maple syrup (optional)


  • In a bowl, mash the bananas
  • Add the oats, maple syrup, water then combine
  • Add the baking powder then combine
  • Spread olive oil on a frying pan over medium heat
  • Add an even amount of pancake mix to the pan and heat until golden brown
  • Flip and heat the opposite side until golden brown
  • Repeat the cooking process using the remaining pancake mix, this recipe should create3 pancakes in total
  • Top with sliced strawberries or bananas and maple syrup (if desired)
