  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 bananas, sliced


  • In a bowl, combine the raisins, cinnamon, cacao powder then set aside.
  • Spread the natural peanut butter on both slices of bread.
  • Slice one banana then place the slices on one side of the bread.
  • Top the bananas with the previously combined mixture of raisins, cinnamon and cacao powder.
  • Close the sandwich, then enjoy!
