Protein Pumpkin Pie Spiced Bliss Balls Recipe

November 12, 2018

These are one of the easiest snacks that you can make. They’re raw, so no cooking required! All you need is a food processor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quick oats
  • 2 cups of dates (if they are dry, soak them in hot water first for 30 minutes)
  • 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons of organic hemp protein
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of non-dairy milk
  • Whole pecans/crushed pecans for rolling the finished bliss balls (optional)

Method

  • Make sure all the pits from the dates are removed. Put them in a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients.
  • In the food processor, either pulse or process everything until a sticky texture forms.
  • With your hands, roll out little balls. You can then roll these crushed pecans or place a whole one on the top.
  • Store in the fridge, and enjoy!

Quantity

This recipe makes 20 bliss balls. If you make them smaller you will have more, and vice versa.

Time

15 minutes from start to finish. The only thing you’ll have to wash are your hands and the food processor!
