Walnuts and Hemp Protein Bar Recipe


  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp protein
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil


  • In a blender, mix the walnuts, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds
  • Chop the dates and raisins and combine withe the mixture
  • Add the hemp protein to the mixture and stir
  • If the mixture is too dry, add more dates or coconut oil
  • Line baking pan with baking paper
  • Put the mixture in the baking pan and press it down
  • Freeze for one to two hours
  • Cut into bars or squares, as desired
