Ingredients:
- 1 cup walnuts
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons hemp protein
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Directions:
- In a blender, mix the walnuts, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds
- Chop the dates and raisins and combine withe the mixture
- Add the hemp protein to the mixture and stir
- If the mixture is too dry, add more dates or coconut oil
- Line baking pan with baking paper
- Put the mixture in the baking pan and press it down
- Freeze for one to two hours
- Cut into bars or squares, as desired
