Thin Chocolate and Chia Protein Brownie Recipe


  • 7 oz. dark vegan chocolate
  • 2 flax eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegan butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup gluten free flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt


  • Preheat the oven to 350 F
  • Melt the chocolate and place the melted chocolate in a bowl
  • Add flax eggs, sugar, melted vegan butter, vanilla extract to the bowl and mix
  • Add in the gluten free flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, chia protein powder, baking powder and pinch of salt, then mix
  • Pour the mixture into a brownie pan that is well-greased and bake for about 15-20 minutes
  • Let them cool and cut squares
