Raspberry and Hemp Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ carrot, peeled and cut
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender or high speed food processor and blitz until combined
  • Pour in the smoothie in glasses and enjoy
