Pumpkin Pie and Hemp Protein Ball Recipe


  • 100 grams of baked pumpkin or
  • one canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup pecan nuts
  • 1/3 cup hemp protein
  • 4 dates
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice


  • Bake the pumpkin or use canned puree
  • Pit the dates and mix with nuts in a food processor until ground
  • Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, protein powder and process until smooth
  • Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into balls
  • Store uneaten protein balls in the fridge
