Ingredients:
- 3 oz dark vegan chocolate
- ½ cup vegan butter, melted
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup date syrup
- 1/3 cup aquafaba
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¾ cup gluten free flour
- 2 tablespoons pea protein powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- ¼ cup peanut butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a bowl, melt the chocolate with vegan butter and add in the coconut sugar, date syrup, aquafaba, vanilla extract and pinch of salt
Mix well until combined and add in the gluten free flour, pea protein powder, baking powder and mix
Transfer the mixture into a brownie pan and dollop some peanut butter here and there on top of the brownie batter
With a help of a skewer make swirls and bake them for about 20-25 minutes
