Mango and Hemp Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh mango, chopped
  • 2 cups of ice cubes
  • 1 of a medium banana, sliced
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons of organic hemp protein
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric, ground
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in the blender at maximum speed for about 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy
