How to Make Vegan Banana Oat Pancakes | 5 Ingredients
2 bananas, mashed
2 oz of oats
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 cup of water
Olive oil or cooking spray (if necessary)
Strawberries, bananas and maple syrup for topping (if desired)
In a bowl, mash two bananas
Add 2 oz of oats and 2 tbsp of maple syrup, then mix
Add 1/4 cup of water, then mix
Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder, then mix
Spread olive oil (or cooking spray) on a frying pan over medium heat (or use a non-stick frying pan)
Add an even amount of pancake mix to the pan and heat until golden brown
Flip and heat the opposite side until golden brown
Repeat the cooking process using the remaining pancake mix, this recipe should create 3 pancakes in total
Top with sliced strawberries or bananas and maple syrup, then serve!
