Ingredients
3/4 cup red lentils
1 small red onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
2 potatoes
1 carrot
5 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika powder
1 tsp of paprika powder
1 tsp majoram
3 tbsp of vegan mayonnaise (sriracha mayonnaise ingredient)
1 tsp of tomato paste (sriracha mayonnaise ingredient)
1 tsp of garlic powder (sriracha mayonnaise ingredient)
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika powder (sriracha mayonnaise ingredient)
Salt and pepper to taste (sriracha mayonnaise ingredient)

Directions
To prepare, cook the red lintels as instructed on the packaging. Peel and grate the potatoes and carrot
In a large bowl, combine and mix the potatoes, carrot, red lentils, garlic, onion, flour and spices
In a large pan, heat oil. Add about 1.5 tablespoons for each fritter then cook them on medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes per side. (Alternatively, these can be baked in the oven for 10 minutes on each side)
Combine all the ingredients and stir well to create the siracha mayonnaise
