How to Make a Blueberry Smoothie

When it comes to quick, easy and delicious breakfast or snack options, it's hard to beat the blueberry smoothie. And, while there are MANY different blueberry smoothie recipes on the internet, we promise this one will knock your socks off. This recipe only calls for six ingredients but together, they create a powerful and tasty nutritional punch.

Here’s how to make a blueberry smoothie:

Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or soymilk (or your choice of a vegan milk substitute)
1 cup of raw spinach
½ an avocado
a small pinch of sea salt
1 banana, frozen overnight 

Instructions:

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth
