Hazelnut and Hemp Protein Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup very finely ground hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
  • 5 tablespoons melted vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Coconut flakes for rolling the balls

Directions:

  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: ground hazelnuts, coconut flakes and hemp protein powder 
  • Mix in the melted vegan butter and maple syrup and splash the vanilla extract 
  • Form small balls then roll the balls in the coconut flakes
