Ingredients:
- 1 cup very finely ground hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
- 5 tablespoons melted vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- Coconut flakes for rolling the balls
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: ground hazelnuts, coconut flakes and hemp protein powder
- Mix in the melted vegan butter and maple syrup and splash the vanilla extract
- Form small balls then roll the balls in the coconut flakes
