Coconut and Pea Protein Ball Recipe


  • 1 cup white coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoon pea protein
  • 2 cups of dried coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of dried coconut (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of goji berries
  • Pinch of salt


  • Add all ingredients (except the goji berries and 2 tablespoons of dried coconut) into a food processor and process until smooth
  • Add the goji berries and mix until everything is well combined
  • Form into one inch sized balls and roll each one in dried coconut for coating
  • Place balls in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes
