Chocolate, Orange and Chia Protein Balls

ingredients
  • 200 grams of pitted dates
  • 4 tBSP of chia protein
  • 4 TBSP of cocoa
  • 3 tBSP of orange juice
  • zest of one orange
directions
  • 1. add all ingredients into a food processor or bowl and mix until smooth
  • 2. if your mixture is too dry add more juice, as necessary
  • 3. form mIXTURE into one inch sized balls and roll each one in cocoa
  • 4. place in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes
