Chocolate Chip and Pea Protein Cookie Recipe

 Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup pea protein powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. With a electric mixer, cream the coconut oil with the sugar
  • Add maple syrup, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla and pea protein powder and mix
  • Gradually add the flour and mix well
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place balls about 1 inch in diameter
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are browned
