Ingredients:
- 1 ½ gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- ½ cup coconut oil, solid
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 flax egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a bowl, mix the coconut oil with both sugars, vanilla extract and flax egg
- Mix in the gluten free flour, baking powder, pinch of salt and hemp protein powder
- Mix in the chocolate chips
- Spread the mixture into a brownie pan
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
