Chocolate Chip and Hemp Protein Blondie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ gluten free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ cup coconut oil, solid
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 flax egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In a bowl, mix the coconut oil with both sugars, vanilla extract and flax egg
  • Mix in the gluten free flour, baking powder, pinch of salt and hemp protein powder
  • Mix in the chocolate chips
  • Spread the mixture into a brownie pan
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
