Apple Cinnamon and Pea Protein Bars


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons pea protein
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • In a bowl mix the almond flour, protein powder, cinnamon and honey
  • Add applesauce and almond butter, mix well
  • Line baking pan with baking paper
  • Put the mixture in the baking pan then press it down
  • Freeze for one to two hours
  • Cut into bars or squares, as desired
