Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons pea protein
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- In a bowl mix the almond flour, protein powder, cinnamon and honey
- Add applesauce and almond butter, mix well
- Line baking pan with baking paper
- Put the mixture in the baking pan then press it down
- Freeze for one to two hours
- Cut into bars or squares, as desired
